Solution:

1. User login PIN on the device: create a ticket here.

2. Customer Card PIN

If your request is related to customer PIN error.

The PIN for the card has been entered incorrectly three consecutive times.
* Do not attempt to process the payment with the card again
* Ask the customer to provide a different card
