Can’t do refund for SBM Merchants

Please be informed that there was a migration done by the SBM at the end of May 2023.

Due to which, all orders which were done before the end of May, will no longer be valid for refund on MyMiPS platform.

In this case, we will process the refund of the order on our end.

Please provide us your approval to proceed with the refund and provide us the amount to be refunded.

Once we have received your approval, we shall refund the order and let you know once done.

Please also note that refunds can be done on MyMiPS for orders which have been placed after May 2023.
